About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team at The Tower School, part of Options Autism, as a Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to support our students with Autism and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism and additional needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
Requirements
  • English & Maths Level 2 Pass
  • Experience working with students with Autism and additional needs
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide individual support

The Tower School is an independent special day school for students with Autism, aged 11-18. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for our students, who often arrive with a troubled view of education and life.
