Job Title: IT & Reprographics Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT & Reprographics Technician to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st response IT helpdesk support and installing new IT equipment. They will also be a vital support to the Marketing Officer, responsible for all media resources tasks; copying, collating, and finishing as requested by all staff, undertaking basic maintenance and repair of reprographics and associated equipment. Additionally, they will liaise with suppliers to resolve photocopying and printing issues, order all photocopying and printing equipment, and update and maintain display boards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st response IT helpdesk support to staff
- Install new IT equipment and ensure smooth operation
- Support the Marketing Officer with media resources tasks
- Undertake basic maintenance and repair of reprographics and associated equipment
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve photocopying and printing issues
- Order all photocopying and printing equipment
- Update and maintain display boards across the site
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one
- Desirable: experience working in a school setting
