We are excited to announce a leadership opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Operations Supervisor within the Herts and Mid Essex Talking Therapies Digital Team, part of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead a diverse primary care team. As a key member of the leadership group, the successful candidate will collaborate with service managers and clinical leaders to ensure the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-quality services to our clients. Role Responsibilities

The Clinical Operations Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Service Manager to uphold the highest standards of practice and service delivery. This role includes managing both clinical and non-clinical operational systems and processes within the team.

The successful candidate will leverage their management expertise to spearhead service enhancements and developments.

They will lead a multidisciplinary team, focusing on service coordination, staff welfare, supervision, client support, complaint resolution, and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • A master's level qualification in management or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Completion of a leadership course or willingness to pursue a relevant program.
  • Higher management qualification such as an MBA or LEAN training.

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience in a general management role within a complex organization.
  • Experience within the NHS.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams, including recruitment, staff appraisal, personal development, and performance management.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience at SPWP or HIW level.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience managing multiple and complex tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and enhancing health services.
  • Experience in planning and implementing innovative working methods using appropriate methodologies.
