About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Protection:** Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.
  • Incident Response:** Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and emergency situations.
  • Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Communication:** Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure seamless security operations.
  • Technical Skills:** Utilize security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to maintain site security and respond to incidents.

Requirements:

  • SIA License:** Possess a valid SIA license and meet the necessary requirements for security personnel.
  • Driving License:** Hold a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Transportation:** Have good transportation links or access to a vehicle.
  • Right to Work:** Possess the right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history.
