Job Title: Claims Quality Assurance Officer

At Gü Desserts, we're passionate about delivering exceptional quality and safety in our products. As our Claims Quality Assurance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our factory operations meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product quality assurance and control to ensure all products conform to food safety, quality, and legal standards.
  • Lead compliance review meetings and report on emerging trends to identify areas of risk.
  • Develop clear action plans to drive excellence, including customer complaints, internal and external NCRs, pest control, and GMP audit results.
  • Collaborate with Shift Production Managers and Maintenance Manager to manage daily issues and develop action plans.
  • Actively oversee Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure food safety is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and proven experience in a factory-facing Quality Manager role.
  • Experience working in a chilled food manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and other food quality standards.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and SAP.
