Job Title: Engineering Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Account Manager to join our team at Invictus Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a Pharmaceutical contract, ensuring delivery of business and contract objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account management plans, operational programmes, and PPM Planners to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  2. Lead a cohesive and cost-effective team to deliver contract services, ensuring high-quality work and meeting client expectations.
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, budget, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring services are delivered to meet contractual requirements.
  5. Identify training needs for your team and implement CPD to ensure staff are equipped to operate to company standards.
  6. Manage appraisals and succession planning for staff within your team.
  7. Implement and manage a robust reporting and review process to provide visibility of issues, risks, and performance.
  8. Provide regular reports on contract performance and key issues affecting service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Sound technical knowledge of facilities and building services.
  2. Demonstrating sound contract management capability and a proactive attitude.
  3. Excellent computer/IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments in operational and facilities management.
