Role Summary:
As a Product Specification Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product specifications and related artwork adhere to legal, safety, and quality regulations.

Your role will encompass the complete specification lifecycle, which includes developing and sustaining precise specifications, supervising technical approvals for packaging and artwork, and collaborating with various teams to achieve product launch timelines.


Primary Duties:
1. Develop and verify specifications for finished products.
2. Oversee the comprehensive specification approval workflow.
3. Ensure the accuracy of packaging and artwork.
4. Work alongside teams to meet essential launch schedules.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with food production processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and allergen management.


Proven experience in managing customer format specifications from start to finish (including major retailers) and creating internal format specifications is essential.
