Compliance Department

Our in-house Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team provides comprehensive guidance on strategic initiatives across all business sectors, while enhancing our role as a collaborative partner within the organization.

As the Lead Compliance Strategist, you will report to the VP of Legal and hold the primary responsibility for ensuring adherence to our Code of Conduct and Company Policies.

The Compliance team is tasked with developing policies and standards, offering relevant guidance, and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of controls to identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute a robust compliance program across various areas to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business processes and associated compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on changes or additions to laws and industry regulations impacting the Company's operations.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices, while raising awareness of relevant compliance issues.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and assessment of Anti-Corruption controls to effectively manage corruption risks and ensure adherence to Anti-Corruption Policies and Procedures.
  • Oversee the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions compliance program, including governance, policy development, transaction monitoring, and independent testing.
  • Enhance existing monitoring systems and tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, utilizing data-driven insights to identify patterns and anomalies.
  • Plan and implement annual training programs on various compliance topics, along with action plans for training courses and reporting outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Forensic Audits, Internal Investigations, Anti-Corruption, risk management, or establishing financial controls.

Demonstrated success in leading compliance functions with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
