Job Title: Financial Performance Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our team at Prosource. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing critical management information and spend support to our Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide key management information and spend support to the Performance Manager, ensuring robust control of business services spend.
  • Support the Information Systems Performance Manager in providing quality management information data or reports for the Leadership team.
  • Highlight reporting data issues, identify, and design action-oriented solutions for the teams to resolve.
  • Ongoing production of daily, weekly, periodic, and annual spend analysis is required, including but not limited to:
    • Quarterly Performance Review Reporting
    • Project status reporting
  • Actively participate in the ongoing improvement and implementation of performance processes, standards, and templates.
  • Understand the principles of reporting between corporate and business unit.
  • Provide month-end accruals data to Finance based on actuals vs VOWD.
  • Work with minimal supervision, using clearly defined processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Finance systems
  • Good MS Office skills, including experience of using Power BI
  • Flexible and responsive to stakeholder requirements and changing environment
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work by deadlines and work effectively under time pressure
