Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Joseph Hughes Associates is seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales support and submitting quotations to customers offering the best technical and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support and submit quotations to customers
  • Maximise sales opportunities through timely and effective response to customer enquiries
  • Deal with customer enquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Assist in maintaining existing business and gaining new business through proactive follow-up of potential new customer enquiries
  • Ensure all commercial requirements are compliant with company directives
  • Ensure sales enquiries are accurately recorded and measured using the company CRM system
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar internal Product Sales role for an Engineering or Manufacturing organisation
  • Stable work history and ability to demonstrate a stable work record
  • Ability to work in an office-based role
  • Driving Licence
  • United Kingdom work authorisation without sponsorship
