HGV Class 1 Driver - Days or Nights

We are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C&E) to join a well-known and industry-leading client based in the Bolton area.

Responsibilities
  • Transporting palletised parcels securely to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
  • Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
  • Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
  • Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Minimum of 6 months Class 1 experience.
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety-first mindset.
