Position Overview:
The Recruitment Group is seeking a permanent Forklift Logistics Operative for our esteemed client.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Client's logistics operations, with a preference for candidates who possess experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you must hold valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licenses.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating two-shift schedule
  • Late Shift: 14:00 to 22:15 (with an early finish on Fridays at 19:45)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely offload and load vehicles as necessary using forklift trucks.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all distribution areas.
  • Adhere to data protection protocols concerning current employees, clients, and external stakeholders, in accordance with the company's data integrity policies.
  • Possess and maintain valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licenses.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT and experience with Warehouse Management Systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
  • Exhibit knowledge of warehouse operations and related processes.
  • Have relevant experience in a production or manufacturing warehouse environment.
