We are seeking a talented individual to join a leading Global Logistics firm with a workforce exceeding 18,000 employees globally. This role focuses on the management of commercial sales support within a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will possess a solid background in a comparable position and demonstrate expertise in preparing quotations for various transport modalities including air, ocean, and road.

You will be responsible for guiding a team and fostering business expansion through the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities as a

Commercial Sales Operations Manager:
Oversee and direct a team of commercial support personnel nationwide
Deliver administrative assistance to the sales division, preparing quotations across all transport modes
Recognize new business prospects, cultivating and sustaining robust relationships
Develop and uphold sales reports and analytics to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for improvement
Coordinate sales efforts and ensure prompt follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team to formulate sales strategies and meet sales objectives
Serve as a conduit between the sales team and other departments to guarantee effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a commercial sales support capacity within the logistics sector - ESSENTIAL
Comprehensive understanding of quotations for air, sea, and road transport
Proven capability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in handling RFQs
Meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
Sales-focused individual with a drive for securing business
Established ability to forge long-term relationships with key decision-makers
