Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at one of our two London high-specification private gym settings. As a Personal Trainer at Roar Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills, and progress your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions to clients, focusing on strength training and bodybuilding
- Work collaboratively with our senior trainers and management team to achieve client goals and objectives
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Contribute to the growth and success of Roar Fitness, through your hard work and dedication
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per year, with opportunities for progression and increased earnings
- Ongoing training and education from our senior trainers and mentors
- A comprehensive benefits package, including employee discount, flexitime, gym membership, sick pay, and store discount
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development
- A Level 3 diploma or equivalent qualification in personal training or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, as required
