About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Camhs Ward Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting excellence in patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement new and innovative ways of working, improving service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and services.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring effective use of resources and efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field (or working towards).
  • Experience of working in a community hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Good knowledge of risk and clinical governance.
  • Financial management skills.
