About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Marks, part of SGS & Co. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Brief Development: Work closely with clients to identify and shape their business, brand, and personal needs into actionable briefs.
  • Project Management: Lead the account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow revenue by selling across Marks' capabilities, taking responsibility for monthly revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellence in client service.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Client Service roles within a Brand or Design/Packaging agency.
  • Emerging coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen, drive, and revenue focus.
  • Strong brand development, life-cycle, and strategic design process knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations and present with confidence.
  • Knowledge of wider financial processes and compliance.
  • A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
