Aquatic Educator (Bank)
Location: Ilford | Pool | Bank - Ad hoc | Part Time
Compensation: Up to £20 per hour based on experience

We are currently seeking a candidate with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities to deliver safe and effective swimming instruction to our clients.
As an Aquatic Educator at one of our 111 fitness and wellness centers, you will be required to possess a Swim England Level 2 qualification or an equivalent certification, along with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for swimming. At Nuffield, we cater to a diverse range of swimmers across various ages and skill levels, conducting our lessons in accordance with the Swim England framework.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in meeting targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of your lessons.
Your responsibilities as an Aquatic Educator will include:
· Motivating and inspiring swimmers of all ages to reach their swimming objectives
· Maximizing every opportunity to assist individuals in learning and developing their skills
· Conducting one-on-one lessons or group sessions
· Serving as a positive role model with an engaging and enjoyable teaching style
· Demonstrating a talent for instruction that caters to individual needs
· Promoting memberships by highlighting the benefits our facilities provide
