Randstad Construction and Property is currently in search of Sub/Site Agents to join our team for a significant rail initiative in the North East.
- Project Planning: Develop and oversee the planning and scheduling of project activities.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and enforce financial controls and prepare cost reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and guide Sub Agents, Section Engineers, and the project team.
- Client Liaison: Conduct and facilitate client and project meetings.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure daily administration, quality assurance, audits, permits, and documentation are maintained.
- Compliance: Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Safety Protocols: Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience with a Tier 1 Contractor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A background in rail projects.
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS/PTS.
