Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operation of powder coating and sandblasting machinery.
- Possess a solid understanding of pre-treatment processes.
- Guarantee that all items are coated to the utmost standards and comply with quality requirements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Adjust and monitor coating parameters to ensure peak performance.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in powder coating operations is mandatory.
