Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour, preferably in a school setting
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting children's academic and personal growth
  • Experience working with children with learning difficulties
  • Confidence in leading small groups and working independently
