We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Primary School in Halesowen. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with students and staff, empowering young people to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualised support to students, promoting social and emotional development
- Lead small intervention groups, focusing on core subject lessons
- Work effectively as part of a close-knit team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour, preferably in a school setting
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting children's academic and personal growth
- Experience working with children with learning difficulties
- Confidence in leading small groups and working independently
- Competitive daily rates of £85-£100
- Regular CPD opportunities, including Team Teach training
- A dedicated consultant available for support and guidance
