Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our Corporate Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to deliver high-quality HR and Administration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of HR and Administration professionals
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the delivery of comprehensive HR and Administration support
- Travel across the organization's services and offices, or to recruitment events as necessary
- Develop and implement effective HR and Administration strategies to support business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
