About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Change Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the governance of contract change processes from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Contract Change Specialist, ensuring seamless contract management and change implementation.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to drive contract change initiatives forward.
- Managing the changes through an end-to-end framework, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating change logs via Excel, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management, coordination, or PMO roles.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures would be highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
