Heron Foods is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our North Bransholme store to new heights. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team to excel in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements:
