About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regeneration Project Director to lead our flagship regeneration scheme at Sawyers Close in Windsor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project, with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering housing-led regeneration projects, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved. You will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving positive change in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the regeneration project team to deliver the scheme on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local community groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring the project remains on track.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and community engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience in housing-led regeneration, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or CIH.
