We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to become an integral part of our team, playing a vital role in the effective implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our new construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


Your role will encompass all facets of BIM deliverables throughout the construction project lifecycle, from securing work to preconstruction, execution, and handover.

  • Assist BIM managers in the establishment, configuration, and oversight of BIM protocols and tools.
  • Facilitate initial kickoff workshops with consultants and supply chain partners to finalize the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and its appendices.
  • Extract and validate BIM data from project models, ensuring the creation of necessary data deliverables and data drops at specified project milestones.
  • Oversee the delivery and integration of models at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the design coordination process and support project teams through regular collaborative workshops.
  • Continuously review and update project BIM tools, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most current information.
  • Conduct model audits, report findings, and monitor quality assurance to ensure compliance with BEP and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR).
  • Provide clear guidance to the project team regarding the use of Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM tools.
Required Experience
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Solibri.
  • Strong 3D modeling skills using Revit or similar software.
  • Extensive experience in clash detection utilizing Solibri and BIMcollab or equivalent tools.
  • Experience in auditing models for BEP compliance and a solid understanding of Levels of Development (LODs).
  • Good grasp of Common Data Environment concepts.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with 4D modeling tools such as Synchro, AstaBIM, or Navisworks.
