Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support customer enquiries and requests within the food and beverage areas, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Serve and replenish food from counters and break down stations at the end of meal periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest standard of customer service and operating standards, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Occasionally cook simple dishes to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Undertake key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing security and safety procedures.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
