Location: Redditch, South Birmingham

Role Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our Sourcing/Product department. This position entails supervising quality control measures throughout the supply chain, ensuring that all products adhere to the company's established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute quality assurance initiatives.
  • Perform quality assessments at various phases of the supply chain.
  • Oversee quality control operations to reduce defects.
  • Engage with suppliers to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Deliver training and assistance to suppliers.
  • Compile quality reports for upper management.
  • Examine quality data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Enforce corrective and preventive measures.
  • Resolve customer grievances related to product quality.
  • Uphold consistent quality benchmarks across all products.
  • Remain informed about industry regulations and best practices.
  • Identify and alleviate risks within the supply chain.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the fashion sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
