About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Coordination Engineer to join our team at Gratte Brothers Group in King's Cross, London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned business that values professional development and growth. As a Senior Mechanical Coordination Engineer, you will be responsible for prioritizing and delegating tasks, ensuring the correct installation of works, and providing technical support to the project team.

You will have a solid understanding of technical specifications and be able to appraise technical submittals and quotations. Additionally, you will have in-depth knowledge of BIM, AutoDesk 3D (Fabrication and Revit), and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project team and produce building services drawings for engineering and site operative use.
  • Maintain overall quality control (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on this.
  • Support the wider company departments, attend on-site meetings, conduct surveys, and assist the commercial team in recovering additional project costs.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the management of the team and work with design information to produce fully coordinated drawings.
