Hays Taxation is a leading provider of tax services to businesses and individuals. We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our team in a Global Mobility role.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tax Director with expertise in Global Mobility to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and advisory work, with a focus on global mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on tax implications of having a globally mobile workforce
  • Support clients with aspects such as security requirements, remote workers, and tax requirements
  • Work on discrete advisory projects to provide guidance on a range of tax implications
  • Support inbound and outbound workers on the implications of their visits
  • Provide guidance on pensions and other tax-related matters

Requirements

  • Currently working at Assistant Manager level or equivalent within a Global Mobility/ Expatriate Tax role
  • Relevant tax/accountancy qualifications (ATT/CTA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
