Trafford Leisure is a leading leisure provider seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aqua Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Stretford Sports Village. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy poolside classes, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and fun group exercise classes in a poolside setting
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Equivalent to aqua diploma certificate qualification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for delivering group exercise classes
