Job Title: Experienced Social Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the field of social work, is seeking an experienced social worker to join their Adolescent Safeguarding Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in the field of contextual safeguarding, specifically in areas related to child criminal or sexual exploitation and serious youth violence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable adolescents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address risks of exploitation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contextual safeguarding, particularly in areas related to child criminal or sexual exploitation and serious youth violence
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
