Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at NOVELUS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a maintenance function in support of our manufacturing and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning of preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment availability.
  • Manage customer expectations through work/activity planning and daily task management of general maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a plan of Planned maintenance for all key assets and perform planned maintenance activities to schedule.
  • Adhere to a planned maintenance schedule and ensure operational availability of Machines & equipment.
  • Attend to and carry out repairs to machines & equipment in a reactive breakdown situation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to plant, equipment and facilities, in support of site improvements planning and cost reduction targets.
  • Work with Health & Safety department to ensure all equipment conforms to HSE guidance and does not cause hazards to the workforce.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
