Mechanical Technician Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Wind Turbine Technician to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed knowledge of wind turbine systems to perform daily maintenance and field service-related tasks.
- Work with a team of technicians to ensure service targets are met, adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas's specifications.
- Replace components (electrical and mechanical) and troubleshoot systems.
- Collaborate with technicians and supervisors in the field, as well as office-based staff.
Requirements
- A proven history in a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics background within a similar industry.
- A full, clean driving license.
- A good level of computer literacy, including software, apps, and related tools.
