About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our Renewables team in Oxford, specializing in Energy and Renewables. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in representing and advising landowners on renewable energy developments and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent landowners and promote their interests in renewable energy developments.
  • Negotiate with developers to secure the best possible terms for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, solicitors, accountants, and other professionals to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Conduct site visits nationwide to appraise sites and build relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain professional relationships and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements
  • MRICS (Desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in negotiating renewable energy documentation or commercial leasing negotiations.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with mapping software, preferably GIS.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Friendly and professional approach.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and deal with competing deadlines.
  • Strong people skills with an ability to communicate via a range of mediums.
