Job Title: Adult Community Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team in Lancashire for a 3-month contract.

Job Summary:

This role involves working with our client in Lancashire, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nutrition and dietetics advice to patients and clients
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian
  • Previous experience as a Dietitian in the UK or overseas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
