About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Support Worker to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in empowering vulnerable tenants to thrive and achieve independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized coaching and support to tenants, helping them gain stability and independence in their lives.
  • Develop and maintain individual support plans, identifying tenants' strengths and goals, and working with them to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Advocate for tenants, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support.
  • Collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to coordinate support and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on tenant progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with disadvantaged individuals and understanding of challenges faced by low-income individuals.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
