About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 6 months' experience in care (paid or voluntary) is preferred, but not essential as full training is available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- A driver's license and access to own vehicle (business insurance required).
- Good professional and personal references.
- Ability to commit to our 4/3 rota and work flexible hours.
