Our company specializes in temperature-controlled deliveries to NHS Trusts and patients throughout the UK, serving through our homecare business.
Our customers include prominent pharmaceutical brands. Due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled and driven dispenser/technician to join our existing homecare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the homecare administration team in maintaining a compliant and efficient operation in line with company SOPs and policies.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Support the administration team in completing daily administrative tasks within required timelines.
- Develop and grow existing relationships through engagement with key contacts within NHS Trusts to support patient compliance.
- Effectively work across the dispensary to fulfill orders, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Level 2 (dispensers) and 3 (technicians) NVQ in Pharmacy Service Skills.
- A desire to work closely with the existing pharmacy team in delivering a high-quality pharmacy service to primary and secondary care organizations.
- The ability to learn new skills and apply them in practice.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Must be based and reside in Wolverhampton or within a 5-mile radius.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour.
- Expected Hours: 37.5 – 42.5 per week.
- Additional Pay: Yearly bonus.
