About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team at Fresh Direct in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our Supply Chain and Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our depot and office areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain outdoor grounds and landscaping, including watering and tending to plants, trimming shrubs and bushes, and weeding.
  • Assist with cleaning and litter picking, maintaining housekeeping of allocated areas, and performing basic maintenance tasks such as painting.
  • Collect and segregate waste, and assist with accepting and distributing deliveries within the site premises.

Requirements

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance assistant with high standards and a strong work ethic. Prior counterbalance license training is desirable but not essential, as we will provide opportunities for further development through our Learning & Development programmes.
