Objectif et portée du poste :


Vous serez chargé d'optimiser les résultats commerciaux et la position de trésorerie des projets, en visant à atteindre des performances de profit maximales par rapport aux budgets internes.

Vous gérerez l'approvisionnement des sous-traitants ainsi que leur gestion financière et contractuelle.

Vous serez responsable de la préparation et de l'accord des valeurs intermédiaires avec le client, ainsi que de la progression de l'accord des variations au fur et à mesure de l'avancement des travaux, en utilisant les outils de l'entreprise.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Chef de Projet et les autres membres de l'équipe projet.

Compétences essentielles :

- Expérience dans le secteur résidentiel, commercial ou de la santé
- Expérience antérieure avec un entrepreneur principal
- Capacité à produire des rapports financiers, y compris des prévisions, des marges nettes et des activités
- Forte conscience commerciale
- Attention rigoureuse aux détails et capacité à produire un travail précis
- Aptitude à promouvoir la formation et le développement des Graduates et Assistant QS
- Compréhension solide des délais de reporting de l'entreprise ainsi que des outils et procédures clés

Responsabilités et tâches clés :
- Prévisions financières post-contrat, reporting et contrôle financier
- Gestion de la conception et ingénierie de la valeur
- Approvisionnement des sous-traitants et consultants
- Gestion des sous-traitants et consultants
- Gestion des comptes clients
- Encadrement des surveyors juniors et assistants
