Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
- Manage the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.
- Develop, manage, and train the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service and maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
- Work within budgeted guidelines to control food costs, liquor costs, and payroll.
- Support with beverage control procedures, stocktaking, and appraisals and performance reviews with teams under your responsibility.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Passionate and willing to learn with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends, with a flexible and organized approach.
- Good grooming standards and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly organized, flexible, and with great attention to detail.
- Ambitious and hard working with a willingness to develop and grow within the company.
