Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to strategically manage the business relationship and customer experience for prominent, high-profile clients identified as having significant potential for contract expansion, leading to the establishment of strategic partnerships.

  • Foster long-term relationships in a dynamic environment by creating collaborative opportunities that integrate Veolia with the client, promoting shared value and profitability over time, ultimately achieving an Integrated Tier 1 status with clients.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders within the existing strategic client base to expand Veolia's portfolio of services and solutions, driving integrated ecological transformation.
  • Oversee the development and management of select strategic accounts to stimulate organic growth of services provided.
  • This role involves significant client interaction, with a substantial amount of time dedicated to fieldwork, nurturing relationships, securing new business, and promoting Veolia's offerings to current clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline to drive growth in key markets.
