We are seeking ambitious individuals with 1-4 years of experience in any field and a degree from a top University to join our rapidly expanding international executive search consultancy.

As a boutique executive search firm, we offer impactful work in a small team environment. Prior financial market knowledge is not required - intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic are essential.

Based in our award-winning Charlotte Sq offices in Edinburgh, we offer a starting base of £30,000 plus bonus and benefits. The Role

As an executive search consultant, you will be responsible for delivering on a range of mandates across the globe. You will work directly alongside our Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors to develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in the market.

You will creatively map out teams and build out org charts across leading companies, proactively 'head-hunt' senior level executives to generate candidates for our clients, and build subject matter expertise across our core buy side markets.

You will work closely with our global offices and be rewarded with a market-leading training and development program that includes two weeks of intensive instruction and career development tailored to individual interests and aspirations.
