Job Title: Lettings and Property Management Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual to join our expanding team as a Junior Property Manager in our Central London office.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, conducting property inspections, and ensuring prompt processing of service charge and ground rent invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process insurance claims, coordinating with loss adjusters and arranging necessary estimates for successful claims resolution.
  • Conduct property inspections within the portfolio, providing detailed reports to landlords and addressing any identified issues.
  • Ensure prompt processing of service charge and ground rent invoices upon receipt, and allocate funds as required.
  • Pursue rent arrears and serve legal notices when necessary.
