Job Overview

GTS Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business performance by providing financial guidance and support to our senior management and manufacturing site leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and financial statements to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Review and approve costing information for bids and tenders to ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to the manufacturing site leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Supervise and mentor an assistant accountant to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree in finance or business discipline.
  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a finance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with a similar company size and industry.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
