Job Title: Roofing Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Roofing Instructor to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Roofing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students, focusing on Roofing skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective Roofing training programs, ensuring students meet the required standards.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Roofing, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, ensuring our programs remain relevant and effective.

• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Roofing, including an NVQ Level 3 in Roofing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
