We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our Senior Leadership Team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to patients and staff.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Mental Health Team, including:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Preparing and editing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and events, and preparing agendas and minutes
- Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Developing and implementing administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
