Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading the adoption of our innovative estimating software.
  • Flexibility to work from our main office or remotely as required.
  • Engaging in term contracts, fully specified projects, and design & build initiatives.
  • Comprehending project specifications and estimating terms and conditions.
  • Conducting take-offs from technical drawings and interpreting specifications to meet project demands.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations that align with project requirements.
  • Facilitating the transition to the operations/project team as necessary.
  • Contributing to the achievement of our long-term commercial objectives as we expand.
  • Proficiency in estimation software (Eque- Evaluate) is advantageous.
  • Possession of Electrical City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications.
  • An HNC in electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A solid understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM) principles.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with the CCTV and Security sector is beneficial, though training will be provided.
