The ONE Group Ltd is a leading provider of innovative solutions to various sectors in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team on a permanent basis.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to assist with product quality improvement activities, compliance with customer specifications, and improving efficiencies of procedures in accordance with AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Create First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to document inspection results
• Perform first-off and final inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvements in business management systems and implement changes

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Inspector in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Medical device industries
• Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
