Associate Director Client Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Client Project Management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Client Project Management team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of project management best practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
